Luggage Storage FAQ
Everything you need to know before you drop off near King’s Cross & St Pancras.
Storage costs £2.99 per bag per day. There is £1.00 extra as handling fee (maximum £5 per booking), and no weight or size limit on any bag.
We are open 7 days a week, 7:00am to midnight, including bank holidays.
Suitcases, backpacks, boxes, prams and more — if you can carry it in, we can store it. No weight limit.
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking online guarantees your space and only takes a minute.
Yes. Luggage is covered for up to £500 per booking while in our care. The storage area is CCTV monitored and staffed during opening hours.
Yes. You can cancel anytime before your drop-off date and time — contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or the contact page and we will cancel it for you. If you need to change dates, get in touch as early as you can.
