Luggage Storage FAQ
Everything you need to know before you drop off near King’s Cross & St Pancras.
Online storage costs £1.99 per small bag, £2.99 per regular bag and £3.99 per large bag per day. No handling fee or hidden extras, and no weight limit on any bag.
We are open 7 days a week, 7:00am to 23:59, including bank holidays.
Suitcases, backpacks, boxes, prams and more — if you can carry it in, we can store it. No weight limit.
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking online guarantees your space and only takes a minute.
Yes. Luggage is covered for up to £500 per booking while in our care. The storage area is CCTV monitored and staffed during opening hours.
Yes. You can cancel anytime before your drop-off date and time — contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or the contact page and we will cancel it for you. If you need to change dates, get in touch as early as you can.
We are at 329 Grays Inn Road, London WC1X 8PX — about 2 minutes’ walk from King’s Cross station and a few minutes from St Pancras International. From King’s Cross, leave towards Euston Road, cross onto Grays Inn Road and walk for about two minutes.
Small (£1.99/day): purse, tote or jacket. Regular (£2.99/day): backpack, hand trolley or cabin bag. Large (£3.99/day): check-in suitcase or long travel bag. There is no weight limit on any size.
Yes. Storage is priced per bag per day, so just choose your pick-up date when you book. Bags stay in our staffed, CCTV-monitored shop until you collect them.
Yes. Online prices start from £1.99 per bag per day, while walk-in storage in the shop is £5 per bag. Booking online also guarantees your space.
Add Flexible times when you book (+£1 per booking) and you can come any time until 23:59 on your pick-up day.
Online bookings are paid by card through Stripe’s secure checkout. In the shop we accept cash and card.
