By booking luggage storage with St Pancras Luggage Storage at 329 Grays Inn Road, London WC1X 8PX, you agree to these terms.
Service
We provide short-term luggage storage during our opening hours (normally 7:00am–midnight, seven days a week). You must show your booking reference when dropping off and collecting bags.
Prohibited items
You must not store illegal items, hazardous materials, perishable goods that may spoil, or anything that puts staff or other customers at risk. We may refuse items at our discretion.
Payment & cancellations
Online bookings are paid at checkout. Refund and change requests are handled case-by-case — contact us as early as possible via the contact page.
Liability & insurance
Bags are tagged and stored under CCTV in a staffed shop. Luggage is covered for up to £500 per booking while in our care. Exclusions may apply (for example illegal, hazardous or undeclared high-value items). Contact us if you need details before you book.
